A Music education programme for preschool children.
Take your child on a musical journey from birth until they go to school. Enjoy music, singing, dancing and special time with your little one. Music with Mummy incorporates loads of catchy original songs as well as traditional nursery rhymes. We also encourage vocabulary development through song, listening skills, movement to beat, instrument playing and gross motor development for babies.
Jolly Babies is specifically designed for the 1s and under while Music with Mummy is for ages 1 to 4.

Orwell Dance provides high quality ballet, modern and tap classes to children aged 3 to 18. We encourage a love of dance and help develop co-ordination and strength. Further more, our classes have a happy and friendly atmosphere.

Our dance classes have been running for over 30 years. We cover ballroom and sequence dances as well as providing tasty tea and biscuits. Further more, dancing is an excellent way to keep the brain and body active.

‘FLexercise’ combines physical exercise, yoga and movement. In addition, it improves posture, balance, strength and increases energy levels. If you want a class that develops with you in a fun and friendly environment then this is perfect; it is also suitable for everyone.

We work with a mixture of flowing and static postures. Synching breath with movement, yoga allows the student to be completely in their body and leave the thinking mind behind, even if just for a short while! All classes end with ‘pranayama’ (breath work) and guided relaxation. Therefore, leaving a feeling of balance and peace.

Classes are Pilates based with a warm up, stretch, mat work and cool down / relaxation. Suitable for beginners to intermediate and aim to improve awareness, strength and flexibility. Friday’s sessions are slower paced and contain mindfulness with closer emphasis on good alignment and execution.

We meet on a monthly basis to discuss how to raise money, rehoming issues, neutering, microchipping, advertising for homes, and supporting new pet owners among other things.

An independent networking group for local businesses, held on the first Wednesday of the month (excluding August) in the Victoria Hall.
Meetings are relaxed and friendly, and first time visitors are welcome. We each have 30 seconds to introduce ourselves and our business. After that we stay and chat.
People travel from Farnham and Camberley in Surrey. And Fleet, Farnborough, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Odiham and Basingstoke in Hampshire.

Hartley Arts Group (HAG) has held productions in the Victoria Hall and rehearsals in the Jubilee Hall for many years. We put on three major drama productions a year and a further Christmas show where we showcase our HAG Rocks Choir.

Art appreciation classes are held in the Lady Kaye meeting room on the third Monday of the month (September to July) at 2.00 pm.
A friendly art class welcoming all levels where we use oil, watercolour, acrylics and pastels. At the beginning of the class our tutor, Liz Gynn, demonstrates an aspect of art. After that, we either build on that technique or work on our own. Liz does a great job of helping, advising and encouraging us.
