Yoga Mind and Body

This yoga class is in compliance with the International Standards Organisation. The philosophy adopted for this class is “Total Quality Yoga”. My teaching style is contemporary and merges ancient yoga with modern methods. I use music to complement the various phases of the sessions. Most importantly I believe yoga should be enjoyable and demanding, but never taken too seriously. If we do that it ceases to be yoga.

The sessions are suitable for everyone and are particularly good for people with joint problems, back problems or health conditions such as fibromyalgia. In addition, it can help you regain health after surgery or invasive treatments including those for cancer.
